The Norwell Police Department is proud to announce that we
will be offering a RAD KIDS children’s safety course free of charge to children
between the ages of 8 to 12. Officer Ken
Camerota and Officer Dan Dooley will facilitate the program.
Since its inception in 1998, radKIDS has been committed to
providing education that enhances the ability of children and parents to
utilize knowledge, skills, and power to protect themselves from violence and
harm.
The RAD KIDS curriculum is ten (10) hours and topics include:

Home, School and Vehicle Safety
-
Out and About Safety
- Realistic Defense Against Abduction
- Good-Bad-Uncomfortable Touch and more.
- Stranger Tricks
- Self Realization of Personal Power
